• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure the efficient utilization and availability of vehicles.
• Manage and coordinate drivers, including daily assignments, attendance, operational requirements, and performance follow-up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding daily operational matters and inquiries.
• Monitor and address drivers’ technical and operational issues, coordinating with the Maintenance team when required.
• Ensure vehicles are properly allocated, dispatched, returned, and maintained in operational condition.
• Follow up on vehicle breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor fleet utilization and operational performance and prepare relevant reports.
• Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, incidents, and operational activities.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance fleet efficiency and service quality.
