Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental Agreement:

    1. The rental agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between GB Auto Rental and the renter named in the agreement.
    2. By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Rental Eligibility:

    1. Renters must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years and possess a valid driver's license issued by the appropriate authorities.
    2. Renters may be subject to additional age-related surcharges if under the age of 25.

  3. Reservation & Payment:

    1. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and must be made in advance.
    2. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
    3. Additional charges may apply for optional services, equipment, or damages incurred during the rental period.

  4. Vehicle Pickup & Return:

    1. The vehicle must be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon location and time.
    2. Late returns may result in additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made with GB Auto Rental.

  5. Vehicle Use:

    1. The vehicle may only be operated by the renter or additional authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
    2. The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    3. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: racing, off-road driving, towing, and transportation of hazardous materials.

  6. Vehicle Condition & Maintenance:

    1. The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup, excluding normal wear and tear.
    2. Any damages or mechanical issues must be reported to GB Auto Rental immediately.

  7. Insurance & Liability:

    1. The renter is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for the rental vehicle.
    2. GB Auto Rental offers optional insurance coverage for an additional fee. Details of coverage are available upon request.
    3. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold GB Auto Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

  8. Cancellation & Refunds:

    1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    2. Refunds for cancellations made in advance of the pickup time are subject to GB Auto Rental's refund policy.

  9. Governing Law:

    1. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GB Auto Rental operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

  10. Amendments:

    1. GB Auto Rental reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
    2. By signing below, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
